What types of "match up" services or are available to women or men seeking co-parenting arrangements?

Co-parenting is becoming an increasingly popular option for family creation. Assuming you're in New York City, I encourage you to attend the Center Kids, Center Families "Parenting Partnerships" group, which meets on the second Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8 p.m. here at the Center, 208 W. 13th Street, just west of 7th Avenue. The group is facilitated by a woman who met her co-parent in the group - their daughter is now four years old, and they live in adjoining apartments! You'll be able to hear the creative thinking, arrangements and solutions of other participants, and there's nothing like being in a room with others who are on the same path. One word of caution, though - I don't know if you're a wannabe dad or a wannabe mom, but predictably enough, there are often more men in the room seeking this option than women. Hope you'll join us!
